Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Estimated delivery times:
• Dubai: 1–2 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered for selected promotions or qualifying orders.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. ALUNA Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
